Meet Kelsey and Laura

Kelsey KinneyMS, RD

Kelsey Kinney is a Registered Dietitian specializing in nutrient dense, whole-foods diets for patients with a variety of chronic diseases. She has worked with Chris Kresser, a renowned functional medicine practitioner, and holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Functional Medicine herself.

Kelsey recommends individualized dietary therapy focusing on biologically appropriate diet principles to aid her clients in losing weight, gaining energy, and pursuing continued health. She is a firm believer that everyone is different, and she tailors her plan for each and every individual. From diet to supplements to lifestyle changes, Kelsey takes everything into consideration to get her clients well.

Through her work, she aims to meld the dietary wisdom of traditional cultures with the latest science in integrative and functional medicine to create plans for her clients that work in the modern world.

Laura SchoenfeldMPH, RD

Laura Schoenfeld is a Registered Dietitian trained in the nutritional management of chronic disease. Her experience working with forward thinking clinicians like Chris Kresser and Dr. Meaghan Dishman has helped her develop critical research skills that allow her to dig deeper into conditions that are not often discussed in a traditional nutrition education program.

Laura is passionate about making traditional diets healthful and accessible for all of her clients. While she typically uses an ancestral or “Paleo” template when making recommendations, she also recognizes the importance of individual health goals, unique genetic variations, and personal preference in choosing a health supporting nutrition program.

She also understands that there are hundreds of factors that affect the way a diet plan can affect you, including your current health goals, exercise routine, past experience with dieting, daily stressors, and more. She loves educating people about ancestral nutrition and how eating this way can improve their energy, help them lose weight, clear up their skin, and overall just make them a happier, healthier person!
